Shipping policy

Processing. Orders ship within 24 hours. During periods of high demand, please allow 24–48 hours.

Delivery time. Depending on your location, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your box leaves. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours of dispatch. If yours has not updated, give it a little longer, and if it still looks wrong email hello@trysquish.com and we will chase it for you.

Shipping rates. Shipping is free on every order.

Address changes. We can change a delivery address before dispatch. After that it is with the carrier and we can only ask them.

Lost parcels. If tracking stops moving for more than 10 days, email us. We will open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel cannot be found, send a replacement or refund you.
